Everyday Property Management was founded by Nicholas and Amanda Christo, a husband-and-wife team who are also experienced local landlords in Central Florida. After years of successfully managing their own portfolio of rental properties throughout Florida, they discovered a gap in the market: most property management companies didn’t offer the hands-on attention, cost efficiency, or high standards of care they demanded for their own homes. Driven by that experience, they launched Everyday Property Management to bring that same level of service to other landlords—offering transparent pricing, responsive communication, and reliable, landlord-minded management solutions.
